On January 11, Archbishop John Wester of Santa Fe, NM, issued a pastoral letter entitled: Living in the Light of Christ’s Peace. The letter is subtitled “A Conversation Toward Nuclear Disarmament.” It is a valuable resource, especially for those in the Roman Catholic tradition, for stimulating thought and conversation about the responsibility of people of faith in the face of the threat of nuclear weapons.
